Job Description
Location: 120 E Uwchlan Avenue, Suite 203, Exton, PA 19341 & Various Unanticipated Locations In The US
Salary: From $140,150 to $145K per year.
Support and execute analysis that feeds into one of many analytics domains - customer analytics, product analytics, business operation analytics, cost analytics, media analytics, and people analytics. Write well-documented code that can be shared and used across teams and can scale to be used in existing products using Advanced SQL, Advanced Python, or R (descriptive/predictive models), and Tableau Visualization.
Work in agile framework and processes, manage work plans, timelines, and milestones. Work in statistical methodology (multivariate, time-series, experimental design, data mining, etc.) Execute the end-to-end analytical workflow from initiation through deployment, facilitating ongoing communication, collaboration, and dissemination of results to partners and leadership.
Apply knowledge in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to uncover insights about customer service, the health of public conversation, and social media. Select and deselect analytics priorities, insights, and data based on the ability to drive desired outcomes. Communicate findings to both technical and nontechnical audiences and to effectively collaborate within cross-functional teams.
Requires a Master’s degree in Information Technology and Management, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or related field.
Requires 1 year of experience with Advanced SQL, Tableau, Python, and ETL in a job offered, Software Consultant, IT Engineer, or related occupation.
Requires travel/relocation to various unanticipated locations in the U.S.
